But, if they eliminated your department then it sounds like you really ARE being laid off, unless you believe they are letting your whole department go to get at you. And if you get laid off, how will your boyfriend know about the affair? Unless you raise it as the "real" reason?

oh, lordy. that's not what sexual harassment is, and it doesn't sound like you have a viable case. if you could claim you were pressured into sex with the boss and THEN the company fired you for it, maybe you could have a claim. but you would have to have some evidence. they almost certainly CAN fire you for sleeping with the boss (consensually) in violation of company policy, if there is a policy. but it doesn't sound like you have any reason to think you will be targeted because of the relationship. on the contrary, the relationship protected you for awhile when they would have otherwise terminated you. unless you're holding back something, nope, no claim there.
