OP here: went to high-risk OB yesterday which was my 5 weeks and 6 days. There are still 3 sacs: (A,B,C) B and C are good size and can see yolks clearly but A is smaller as well as a yolk. All 3 do not have heart beats yet. OB said still too early to say. One might not develop, or all 3 might develop. He explained risks and choices. So will have to wait and see. Thanks ladies!

It must be shocking but things will work out as they're supposed to.
Oh wow! Well, as others have said beta levels aren't conclusive, but your beta levels do not seem high enough to support a triplet pregnancy so I wouldn't freak out too much about triplets. Maybe twins though.
Depending on where you are, I recommend Dr. Sheri Hammersley in Rockville as an MFM (high-risk/specialist OB). She does a lot of twin and even triplet pregnancies. Good luck OP!

OP here: The 2nd beta test back from this morning. It is 1070! Thanks god, i was so worried since I had cramp yesterday. Now I have to make an appointment for my first Ultrasound in next 2 week.

Another poster here. I had extremely high hcg and no twins. I don't think you can determine twins or not by the HCG.
True.
My first beta, at 18dpo, was nearly 3,000. Successful singleton pregnancy. High HCG doesn't always mean twins!

I had twins after IUI. My 14 day HCG was almost 800. I'd say your level of 400 is right on track for a singleton.
