There is not schedule. Likely to come out before the summer.


If a new supreme court justice gets appointed before then, does that person have a say or is it just those who heard initial arguments?


No, they don't get a say. They'd have to rehear the case, which I believe has been done in the past if the result was a 4-4 tie.
