I think Meredith's family is doing all they can to find justice for their daughter. But the man who clearly perpetrated the crime is in jail.

And yes, Italy's legal system is an utter joke. The prosecutor used the case to try to increase his political profile and parlay it into higher office.


When the procecution uses "evidence" like the body being covered by a blanket (so obviously a woman was involved), you can't expect much respect for actual facts from them.

This is confusing. If they wouldn't say inane stuff like that, why bring it up? There is a startling lack of evidence.

I think she was an accessory to murder, possibly incited the murder but did not necessarily physically commit murder.
