You say you go to work two hours after everyone else and don't have time to eat breakfast at home sometimes? So you eat breakfast at work at 10am? And then you snack until your mid afternoon lunch? Your lunch is later that everyone elses, why? Did you make this up or your employer? Why don't you go out to eat or satiate yourself enough not to require all the snacking - because it looks like your schedule is such that you are eating around people at times most of us would not be eating at all.

So glad I work from home and don't get shit from people about me munching all day long.
When it’s quiet and someone is eating it sounds so gross. You probably also gulping your water like you just ran the marathon![]()

Normally leftovers with a variety of snacks (fruit, yogurt, chips, etc). My coworker mention yesterday that she doesn't like that I don't share snacks with her and the fact that I'm always hungry isn't an excuse. I'm rather slim and have a fast metabolism, as a result I eat frequently. She said she thought I was an only child, not sure what that has to do with anything. And she doesn't like the fact that I'm not happy and chipper and don't talk enough at work. As a a result I officially am not too fond of her. She says it's a way to build camaderie at work. I've been at my workplace for 5 years and she about one or two. I was not in a good mood at all yesterday. How can I handle this situation?

I don't necessarily think of a high or a fast metabolism as a disability, but there have been instances of nearly fainting and weakness if I haven't eaten enough. Most of us come in at the same time as I do, this coworker along with 2 others work earlier due to their childcare situation. so most of us are eating around the same time. Also, this coworker has only been working with me for a few months, I've been with my other coworkers for a couple of years and none of them mentioned that they have an issue with my eating habits.
