+100. Who are all you people that think 43 is a "young adult"?! My DD is 22 and she's nearing the end of young adulthood. And I'd still expect her to know better than to pull this in someone else's home.

OP here. He is older than I am! And I am not a YA. The best part is that he drives a Prius and lectures everyone about being environmentally aware.

It doesn't matter how much they cost. It's GROSS to be so wasteful, for no reason. Think of the cost to the environment.

In general as a guest, the owners never should have been made aware of the bottle and towel use or the mess. It should have been taken care of. You need to tell this person you aren't a maid. What is the relation/association of this person?
