It burned terribly and a I kept drinking water but my mouth and throat was building up saliva and I was getting sick to my stomach. When I got home I drank a little bit of milk which seemed to calm it a bit but today I can barely swallow and the entire right side of my throat into my ear just throbs. It feels like I have a huge ulcer.

Woke up with the feeling of a golf ball in my throat and swollen all around my neck area. No where on the pill bottle is there any TAKE WITH FOOD or WITH ALOT OF WATER. If these are known problems with this drug, why are they not doing more warnings or someone taking action. 2 medical professionals in the ER today said these are known issues with this drug and they do nothing about it.
My DD had this same situation and it was TERRIBLE. It was the main reason she got off Zoloft. For the better.
We had a couple of family members with the same situation and same outcome. Zoloft is junk, this is one reason why.
