Stretch marks are a matter of genetics, apparently. Not everyone gets them. I've had three kids and have no stretch marks. Extra weight, sure, but no stretch marks.

The boobs have been touched too, at some point I'm sure of it.

That VMA dress is cut at the bottom absolutely perfectly, and the shoes too because she actually has kind of short/squatish legs, not fat just not long/model like and she photographs to look much taller and longer in that dress and shoe combo where it could have cut her up something horrible.
