Not voting sends this message: I let other people choose for me.

Elections aren't about finding that very special candidate you love from the bottom of your soul. Elections are about being involved in the civic process and choosing a candidate from the ballot that you feel can represent our nation's interest best in the coming term.

Neither candidate is "evil" this election. The problem is that most Americans, like you, use this awful metric of how they FEEL to choose a candidate. That's garbage. There's a reason it's not legal to hire someone unqualified based on how you feel about them -- you should be evaluating all candidates (major and minor parties) and choosing the one you think is best for the job. Guess what? If you've ever hired someone, you have had to make a similar decision -- you can't hire someone who isn't in your applicant pool (Kasich) so you need to pick someone who is actually a candidate for the job.

Not voting is a protest or apathy. So are you protesting or apathetic? Because if it's the former, then next time donate to your candidate, get involved earlier in the process, get your boots on the ground and make sure the candidate you think is best for the office makes it through the primaries. If it's the latter, you are a waste of space in a country where people have died for the right to vote.

No matter what, please go and vote. Even if your candidate didn't make a cut, you have some time to figure out. My fear is if Bernie supporters refuse to vote, this election will be stolen. There are too much corruption in this government, so, please, for the sake of democracy, go and cast your vote.

I think it would be great/historic for our country to stand up and say NO to the garbage the Democratic and Republican parties put forward for candidates this year. I'd love to see a historic voice coming through from the electorate in our lifetime instead of us all acting like sheep when millions are clearly unhappy with the two mainstream choices.

Now we just need someone decent to step forward as an independent.

I think you have to decide what you can live with and what you can't.

If people don't have the balls to stand up to these bullies, they deserve what they get. If more people voted third party, there would be a shake up for sure. But most people are weak to take a stand and too lazy to really examine not only platforms but PERSONALITIES.
