We respond to the address and still no answer at the house that is shown listed to that phone number. We tried calling again and spoke to the people, they tell us they are at home. Turns out they moved 3 months ago though and Verizon never updated their address so we had it wrong.
Using a VOIP phone will sometimes give off a wrong address as well.....its weird.
That is for a hang-up call.
Wouldn't a 911 dispatcher actually verify the address to go to for a call made regarding a missing child as opposed to going by the cell-phone address that popped up on the screen? As in take down a verbal address from the caller?
