We had a pending order from April. I tried to call and follow up several times in June with no answer. Finally we get a shady email from them in July saying due to a flood, they were closing and to follow up with the manufacturers directly (while not providing the contacts for the brands we actually ordered from).
We had to file a claim with our credit card company to get our money back. Super annoying, but we were better off than most -- at least our baby isn't here yet! Check out Yelp for some truly awful stories.
I don't know what to tell you about a repair, that stinks
