But I know that other Elementary Schools deeper in Centreville have very poor ratings. We can walk to Fair Lakes, We have Rt. 29, Rt. 50, the FFX Co. Pkwy, and Rt. 66 right there. We are close to shopping in FFX and Chantilly. I think it is a great location, good schools and a price cheaper than FFX which begins a block across the street. If you are moving to Centreville try to find something in this area, if you are going deeper, it's not really worth it. In that case I would just go into the part of Chantilly that is in FFX county, which feeds to Rocky Run MS and Chantilly High School. All the schools are fantastic there.

In Centreville I have both Aisian neighbors and Indian neighbors and they are great! Their kids have good manners, their houses, it's very safe and well kept and they are very friendly. Yes I do think that finances play a part in this. I have yet to feel un-welcomed by anyone here. Kids play outside all of the time without parent supervision. I could not ask for a better place to live. I guess it's all perspective on where you've been and what you're looking for.

Let me guess: you have a Trump sticker on your car. And/or a confederate flag.
Have you been to Centreville? There are entire shopping centers that have their signs up only in Korean. They do not want English speaking customers.
I live in Centreville and this is a flat out lie. Please, tell me where these shopping centers are located.
Different Pp. The big shopping center off of 29 with the IHOP and Spa World and Honey Pig and Glory Days is likely what they are referring to. Many Korean businesses in there, but seeing as there is an IHOP, clearly it isn't 100% Korean. I would consider this shopping center to be the most Korean-oriented...
The shopping center where the Kid 2 Kid and Five Guys is located also has a few Korean-oriented shops (haha pink for instance) but again, the Five Guys is an indication that it isn't all Korean...

The worst part of Centerville is that it is too deep in Va. I would rather do Poolesville if I had to have a 400k 2600sqft colonial
And I-66 is a major highway - there will be Dui checks sometimes
Yes you can, my buddy just paid 449k for his near a golf course

I live in centreville-there are a lot of Asian businesses but I think you are exaggerating! No one ever turns down our business.
If they won't bother to put at least some type of signage in English, it gives off the vibe that they are not interested in having me buy what they're trying to sell.

Fellow Centreville resident. Where are you that it isn't "too diverse"?
