I would never allow a decision about my boobs to be made my my husband. That's just me. I'm not judging anyone else's relationship, it's just not how I personally operate. An ex of mine wanted to get some sort of hair transplant thing done and while I thought it was the dumbest idea ever, it wasn't my place to stand between him and what he wanted to make him feel more confident or better about himself.

I have implants and no one has ever been able to tell. I've had lots of friends/dates/etc gossip about other women's boobs and how fake they look or whisper about whether someone is real or fake and they've never suspected mine.

Then again, mine aren't "perfect". They aren't big, round, high up globes. Maybe that's why? I don't know.

Having implants doesn't make you vain. Often times, it's the opposite. Women who are lacking in confidence get them to make them feel better.

Nobody said Kleenex. If what you care about is how you appear in public, fully clothed, then there are any number of non-surgical options to choose. I'd play around with those first before consulting a surgeon.

There is a correlation between having breast implants and number of sexual partners. Maybe he's afraid you're enhancing yourself to trade up with respect to sexual partners.

If you do decide to get them, do a lot of research first on the surgeons. Do you have any friends who had work done? Get personal recommendations.

A good boob job is not visually different from natural after a few months. A mediocre/poor job is always odd looking.

One other thing: if your dh said he wanted s tattoo and you told me you didn't want to and he did it anyway, how would you feel about that?

This is bad science and, no, I don't have implants and advised my a cup DD not to get them (she's still mulling it over).

If getting bigger breasts will make you happier & feel better about your overall appearance, then do what you have to do for YOU.

Perhaps your husband is not on board because he fears other men will take notice + it will cause issues in the marriage.

She's going for B cups. That's still small and realistic for her size.

I only wish my wife was as open about it as you are. Same thing, petite with not even a full A cup. The problem now is, after having 3 kids and her small boobs showing wear and tear, she won't even openly show them to me unless we're having sex, even then she's uncomfortable.

Never in a million years would I suggest she get boob job with even a small B cup. She'd rip me to pieces for even bringing it up. I'm screwed either way and I'm not happy about it. Either don't be afraid to show them like they are or get a boob job.

If your BMI is <25 and you have A cups -- you are good! Healthy & skinny women are wonderful, beautiful, and my dream! Don't cut your body, create all sorts of risks, and do this just for some BS porn ideal! Seriously, please!
