It was a simple question - there are worse/sillier questions on this forum. Cut her some slack. One can advice OP to read x, y book/source but why berate her.

I'm trying to get my Dc. to induce me becuase I have really small hips, and I'm in so much pain I can't walk somtimes or go up or down stares. I have trouble just getting out of bed or sitting for too long. And I'm afraind that if he gets too big then I wont be able to go through a vaginal birth. I really don't want a c-section...Is this good enough reason for my Dc. to say yes? I'm 38wks and 2dys. My due date is Sept. 18th.
most doctors will not induce before 39 weeks unless there is medical necessity.
Oh sweetie, and induction actually INCREASES your chances of a c-section by a large degree.
On the topic of childbirth education -- if you trust your doctor 100% then I guess there's no need to research anything/take classes. But it seems weird to me that you'd go into labor not knowing anything AT ALL?

But other than that it doesn't mean anything.
Let's cool down on this vaginal checks that lead to panic, unless numbers, and excuses to give you a c-section.
You could not be more wrong lmao
