What brand did you use? I tried the generic Target probiotic and it hasn't seemed to help at all.

PP again. I had some bad zits appear out of nowhere that were really plaguing me. I bought some antibiotic capsules at Walgreens (cheapest brand I could find) and tried this -- just mixed a capsule with water and spread on the zits over night. Next morning they were almost all gone and seoncd day they were completely gone (just a little red color left). Better success than I've ever had with other products.
