In FCPS there is no ranking. I don't know about the other are districts.
No ranking in Arlington either but the UVA admissions officers know Virginia high schools inside and out and can determine who is in top 10% at each high school regardless. And good scores and top 10% is not enough to "guarantee" acceptance.
Signed a mom with 2 sons in top 10% at W-L with similarly high SAT scores and one was accepted and one was not.
