If he were dating a 12 year old, then yes, you should be worried.
But dating someone of legal age is his business, not yours.
You are certainly free to judge him inside your own head, but gossip is never attractive, so keep it to yourself.

I think the neighbor should avoid sending his kids to YOUR house. You sound nosy and cray cray.

Last summer we rented a home which had an incredibly hot single dad living next door. He must have been early-mid 40s. I wouldn't have been surprised if his girlfriends were in their 20s.

Sorry to say this OP, but leave it alone. It's not your relationship. It only affects you if your child is concern. And if your DH is watching the neighbor with envy. Or should I say eyeing her instead.

Is it weird? Not really and I'm not even the type who likes to see big gaps. The only person that should be concern is the mother of those kids (if she's still around).

Not odd. They are adults. I'm a woman with female friends who were adults when I was born and we have a lot in common and like spending time together. I figure it's a similar situation for these two (with the addition of physical attraction).Would you are if his best friend was years younger? MYOB

There's a biblical rule, I think, about half your age plus seven years. Unlike many biblical rules, it seems to work well in practice. If she was 28, I'd think fine. 22 does seem too young. My husband would be thrilled though!
