Another stupid idea. It'll take years for the security features of the bill to be made and before this bill will be in circulation. With all of the problems in this country, is this something we should be pursuing? We have better things to do. I'm surprised that Obama didn't issue an executive order directing the image of Fidel Castro or Che Guevara be used to replace Jackson.

The cost is already factored in. Bills designs are changed every so often anyway. These aren't unplanned design changes, it's an announcement of who will be on the next design.

I think in a different time, h tubman and a Jackson would get along. Both were pretty fiery .

She was born a slave, nearly got beaten to death and died pretty much poor and forgotten (IIRC). She can look crabby if she wants, so to speak. It's also a nice counterpoint to the world of filters, 'shop, and zillions of digital pics we never look at.
