I hate water, but I drink 64 ounces a day now because I'm being treated for a medical condition that requires hydration.

4 to 5 16 ounce bottles of water a day, sometimes 6. I drink nothing else. No coffee, no tea, no sodas, no energy drinks, no sports drinks, no fruit juice. I do drink 100% pure apple juice in the morning to take my magnesium pills but not even half a cup.

Not nearly enough. You guys are putting me to shame. Going to try to increase my consumption big time.
