OK, sure, but most people aren't eating massive amounts of raw garlic on a regular basis.
Whatever may come out of my pores is easily washed with a soapy sponge. Regardless of your diet, bacteria will multiply on your skin, and their waste will decay and smell. A lot of people are. Or are eating spicy food for 3 meals a day. That also can come out in your skin.
