I can't stand any of this MBA speak, especially when done by people who overuse it to sound smart. I intentionally don't use it.

OMG, we must work in the same agency. You hit them all and we also hear "intentional" and "take a deep dive" at least 3 times a day.

I don't think our customers have an appetite for x product, but they may be hungry for y product. (We aren't in the food industry) ?
