Clearly you've never been to Yoyogi Sushi. Each piece of their roll is easily twice the size of your "teeny" rolls. They are mongo and cheap.

I'm shocked by the "big boy." Not only is that a ton of sushi, it is a ton of fat, cream, fried foods, etc.
I think you're confusing small sushi rolls with the maki-type large specialty rolls with cream cheese and all sorts of filling. (i.e. not really authentic sushi).
I think what the "big boy" listed are the teeny rolls. Something like this: http://www.sushiencyclopedia.com/how_to_make_sushi/how_to_make_sushi_rolls/how_to_make_thin_sushi_rolls.html
vs this: http://www.opensourcefood.com/people/aplaisia/recipes/soft-shell-crab-roll-or-spider-roll

My usual order is:
1 (or 2) sweet potato tempura rolls with cream cheese
1 California Roll
1 Salmon Roll
2 (or 3) Salmon hand rolls
1 Shrimps tempura roll. Gotta luv them shrimps.
You have got to be kidding if you think this is a healthy meal. Yes, fish is healthy. That is a very small percentage of what you are eating.
3 rolls with fried food. 2 rolls with cream cheese. At least 3 cups of rice.
Sweet potato rolls - 280 each
California roll - 300
Salmon roll - 250
Salmon hand rolls - 200 each
shrimp tempura roll - 400
This rolls in at over 2000 calories!!! For one meal.

Sorry but not sorry you are "shocked". There really isn't a ton of fat, cream, fried foods, etc.
Raw fish is very healthy - nothing unhealthy with my salmon hand rolls and salmon rolls. It is probably much healthier to eat raw than cooked with oil, butter, etc.
There is a little warm cream cheese in my sweet potatoe rolls. Yes, this is probably the most unhealthy roll I get as the potatoe is lightly crisped. I almost always get one, unless I'm feeling like a pig.
The California roll is also very healthy. Crab meat, rice, seaweed. Very healthy. Lovely.
The shrimps tempura. Sure the shrimps are fried but in reality, there are very little amounts of shrimps in each piece of that 6 piece beauty.
