Kettlebell exercises aren't for noobs. Get a trainer, or get ready to hurt yourself.

Have to disagree about doing kettlebells on your own. I know several people who tried this and ended up having injuries. It's very easy to look at the form in a video and try to replicate how it looks by swinging with your arms. You see this in classes and trainers work to train it out. Many of the moves require the movement to come from the legs/hips. Trying to power it using your arms and you're going to get hurt eventually.
