Every few days, whenever what he's eaten makes it into his hair. We did the same for the older, and he's survived to just turn three, so I know it's fine.

Bathe him daily if you want; don't if it's too much.

Ours uses a roll of paper towels for this purpose

Every other day, but we wash hands and face immediately upon getting home. We're at an in home daycare, and more than once she has come home freshly bathed after having had a particularly messy outside time or a diaper leak. Bonus for me!

Wednesday and Sunday for our 3 year old.
