Likely more than one HS. Just speaking on the one I know of.

Our charter called a two-hour delay. Great call. Most kids and teachers were there. They are delaying again tomorrow.

We took uber, was completely painless. Not free... But all in all, for drop off and pick up it cost about $25 total.

Teacher here.
The 13 mile commute to my high school usually takes 30-35 minutes at the peak of rush hour. After 30 minutes, I had only made it 2 miles. I turned around and went home. My coworkers say that 30 teachers called out and there were an average of 5 kids per class compared to the usual 25-30.
It was a waste especially considering that the city extended the end of the term to today. There was no new content to teach and no old content worth revisiting with so few kids.
