Anonymous wrote:I have an hour-long commute so I started getting off the train two stops earlier and walking the rest of the way to work. It takes about 15 minutes and if I get to the train on time, it still usually takes an hour. I take an exercise class one weeknight at 8:00 pm and one Saturday morning class at 11:00 wher I can bring my kids if I need to. I am thinking about adding in a run on Sunday mornings.
