And the one where Emma visits Patsy in New York. Patsy: "It was so interesting dating Jews after the divorce. They're so lively and anxious to let you know they understand your secret thoughts. I was just glad I had some."

When Hugh Grant is dancing alone and his housekeeper walks in on him. Fave scene in the move. Though "just in cases" at the end is close.

Just saw again the opening scene to the Lion King (where all the animals are gathering and circle of life is playing) - magical!

This is the first thing that came to my mind - the part where they take the little girl out of her arms. OMG, just thinking about it makes me feel physically ill.

OP again.
Movie "Crash" I think - the little girl jumps up to protect her father from being shot.

Stand by me - at the end, the voice-over about the one boy dying as an adult

"Take care of my daughter."

"HARRY, IT'S MY JOB"

Ugh, and that little boy running up to meet his dad for the first time! Melts my heart!

"That man we met is on TV, 'that man is your father'"

Something is wrong with me!

Yes, this scene still haunts me!

Yes

Agreed, but did he kill him? Are we talking about Edward Norton doing the stopping, b/c he obviously got out. Or the younger kid, didn't he also do it?

Norton did it. Killed him (and he didn't stomp his neck, I believe he made him "bite the curb" and stomped the back of his head.)
