I wouldn't worry so much about the name's ranking. Go with something you love. From your list, I like Dylan and Quinn.

Ian Wynn last name or Sean Wynn last name??

+1 for Sean. In a sea of Gaelic names I never hear it used anymore, and it's great.

I like Quinn best from your list. I think Dylan is a nice sounding name but to me it has bad connotations...seems like there have been a few mass shooters/bad people w/ the name relatively recently. Graham is a name I like on paper but when said out loud it starts to sound kind of grating to me. I like Wynn, esp since it's a family name for you, but I do automatically think of Winn Dixie and then Wynn Duffy (from Justified).

Another name that seems to be your style that I really like is Rowan. Good luck!

Rhys (pronounced Reese/Reece) is a Welsh name that is popular in Ireland.

Wynn makes me think of Winn Dixie.

Otherwise other choices sound great to me.

PP here - I suggest Ronan, Owen or Conor.

None of those 4 are really Irish names. Graham is English and Dylan is Welsh. Quinn is a common Irish last name but not typically used as a first name. I don't know what Wynn is (though I know a toddler girl named Wynne).
