I am a little alarmed by the tone of this question. In any case, married to a Pakistan-raised Muslim for almost 11 years and while he would consider himself "practicing" (i.e. Won't eat pork unless it is the base of a very delicious soup), neither of us push religion in any way. Out Christmas was very sweet, with him, his Muslim Pakistani brother, brothers American Christian wife, and Muslim sister and brother in law enjoying traditions we all do together each year. Major religious differences would be an issue regardless of the religion itself, the fact that there is a 'Muslim' involved has nothing to do with it.

I absolutely would. I also don't believe in hating people the media tells me to hate. I got nothing but love for Muslim. Do you even know any Muslims? The ones I know are some of the most respectable, honest, caring people I know. My mother's neighbor is a Muslim lady from West Africa. This women takes care of her grandchild like a twenty year old. She always greets me when she see me and bought my daughter gifts after I gave birth. She also brings over home cooked meals and consoled and visited my mother when my mother was sick. Her others neighbors don't even look at her.
