Our justice system is not made to disregard those that you believe are pathetic and gross. You believing that does not mean he should be sitting in jail for a crime that there is plenty of reasonable doubt he did not commit.

One of the disturbing things was that Steven's judge says that his crimes keep escalating - as if he DID rape Penny. WTF?!

Also think they should've looked closer at people close to Theresa. Not sure I would buy that the cops did it, but Lenk and Colborn are shady as hell.
I think Teresa's ex boyfriend or even the brother of Brendan's. Remembered random details on day before Theresa went missing, but not the last time he saw her alive?. Why did he offer that testimony and no record of him talking to the police?
Late to the party, but, this^^.
Bas I was watching the first episode, before I read up on things, I noted that the brother immediately assumed and was talking about in one of his interviews that she was already dead...this was very early on and I thought that was really strange to immediately assume she as dead.

Enraging and infuriating are very good ways of describing this..all of it...including Avey's initial cooperation with the media and police...
Please, consider this a PSA- if a missing persons car is ever found on your property don't let the police search the property and for Gods sake, DON'T TALK TO THE PRESS!

I didn't see the Jinx but I loved Serial. I think you will like this because the filmmakers spend a lot of time thoroughly going over the evidence - which is what Sarah Koenig did in Serial. When it's announced that Steven Avery is being charged with the murder of a woman whose car and remains are found on his property, I figured, oh well, I guess he did it. And then his nephew tells a grisly story of how he assisted Steven - it seems as if there can be no doubt now. And then the defense attorneys and the filmmakers start to carefully review the evidence - whoah.Anonymous wrote:I loved Serial but couldn't get into the Jinx. Will I like this?
