I'm not trying to be snarky, just legitimately want to know.
I go to circuses that don't use animals other than dogs and horses, which are domesticated.
I do go to the zoo, because I believe the zoo is focused on conservation in a way that Sea World and Ringling Brothers are not.
This is laughable.
And it's part of pp's problem. She has very strong beliefs. She's frequently wrong but rarely in doubt.
I actually feel bad for her. She was duped by PETA and HSUS--organizations that she thought were benevolent because of the Sarah McLachlan music and dirty dogs quivering in their cages. And now she looks ignorant, and is probably ashamed, when she thought she was making the world a better place. I'm sorry, OP. The activist organizations manipulated you to meet their end game, and then abandoned you.

I watched Blackfish and there is a part where they say the orca mother is making a long range call for her calf. So sad.
Except that that wasn't actually an orca vocalization. The producers dubbed some other animal making a vocalization over that scene.

Several trainers have put out books as well detailing their time with SW. Give them a read. We haven't been to Sea World in a very long time, 10+ years), and will not go back. We prefer to see animals in their "natural" element in general.
The orca's currently in Sea World would benefit greatly from the ocean pens, however as their teeth are constantly drilled that would have to continue to keep them alive. Ridiculous. There are many groups out there working out details to move these beautiful creatures back into the wild, to some extent: http://www.orcanetwork.org/Main/index.php?categories_file=Retirement
Does Sea World do good? Yes, they definitely save and rehabilitate animals, but their Orca's and Dolphin's are purely a commodity. It doesn't matter if the animal is born into captivity, it still deserves to "live". Their tanks are far too small and un-stimulating to let them "live" in any sense. Not to mention orca's are VERY social creatures. Keeping them isolated is like putting a human in solitary confinement. Thinking that won't chance a creature...
You need to learn punctuation rules for apostrophe usage. I really just cannot take your comments seriously because you come across as extremely uneducated.

How are they extracting sperm from orcas? This is just gross, and for what? Corporate profit. Disgusting.
