I'm surprised so many of you don't buy for your parents. My parents and MIL ask us what we want and we always tell them to only buy for our children. They end up getting us things anyway. After years they have learned and our presents are a family membership, tickets, gift card or something. We want to also buy them nice things. They are getting older and raised us.

I hate the day after Christmas when we all rush to return the gifts we got in the store. Waste of time, energy, resources.
