PP when did you send your forms and unused meds back? Just trying to get a feel for the turn-around time.
Also, thanks for letting us know.

It is for all the meds you bought, used and unused.

Right. If you have any unused you have to box it up and ship it back to them in an envelope they'll give you. But they'll pay your net out of pocket cost for all Bravelle, used or unused.

Or so they say. I haven't gotten my check either.

Still waiting on my check too. I sent my form and receipts on 12/8. I believe they reimburse cost less other rebates through IVF greenlight. The firm said 6-8 weeks for processing. I'm giving it until the end of January.

The way I understand it, they are definitely refunding for the used meds. I provided my receipts for the meds that I used.

If you have Bravelle vials still on hand, they want you to send those back too. I didn't have any leftover, so not sure how that is handled.

Can anyone confirm if it is for used or unused meds?

I sent my forms off about a week ago. I spent about $6000 on Bravelle, and I'm expecting about $3000 back. Nothing yet.

As far as I know it is for used meds. If you have unused there is a separate form or something.

Has anyone join the law firm for Class Action Lawsuit?
Ferring said will refund the cost you paid for Bravelle minus the rebate. It is not enough and I am curious if anyone has contacted any lawyer.

I called a couple of weeks ago and they said I was in the system but still "processing."

Thank you OP for posting this. I would have just thrown away the letter since it looked just like junk marketing letter.
I called this morning, and I was told they'll mail me the kit. I spent about $4400 (all OOP, although I got some rebate) for Bravelle and would be very happy if I get the money back.
Did anyone get actual refund already?

By the way, I did IVF on 2012 and 2015 with the same dosage of Bravelle and my response was almost identical (same number of eggs retrieved). So I don't think Bravelle I used was dud. However, the first cycle was successful and the second was BFN. I thought it was my egg quality because I'm three years older and almost 40. I'm now stimming with Gonal-F so we'll see how it turns out.
