PP do you have children and if so how has living there affected them?

I live in Loudoun Valley 2 and it's pretty bad. If you go out for a walk, you will see about 95% Indians. They are not bad neighbors, quiet and keep to themselves but I feel so isolated. When we bought our first house there I was so excited to be part of a community and was looking forward to becoming close to my neighbors. After 3 years it's come to the point where I don't even feel like I live in America anymore. There's nothing wrong with it but if you are looking for being a part of something where you live then do not live here. I regret buying a house here and am looking to move next year. I will be looking for a diverse neighborhood with neighbors who look out for each other.

I live in the city and dc's attend DCPS. Fascinating to see this sentiment that is seen towards schools with majority AA children in the city being played out towards Indian children in the suburbs.

Way to many Indians.

Are white ppl friendly? There was a thread recently where whites said they didn't want ppl welcoming them to the neighborhood with cookies and many said they're too busy to say high to neighbors

Smart but selfish and petty. If you find my comment offensive, go to Lotte supermarket and watch them toss, touch, switch fruits in boxes, etc. just to pick out the best fruit/vegetable in the produce section.

corruption? terrible social systems that limit opportunities? lack of family planning?

The ones with money, connections and high family status get out and work hard.

So if we are looking for other Indian families (not Pakistani) where should we look? Which neighborhoods?

The Indians in my neighborhood tend to not understand that the green stuff growing in the front and back yards needs to be mowed at least every two weeks and if the homeowner isn't going to mow it, then they need to hire someone to do the mowing.
