The problem is there are few store-bought options if you don't want that look. The last time I bought a costume, I was 25, a tall size 6, and my butt still hung out from the bottom of the skirt. I had to buy more fabric and sew it on to cover myself. Now I just make my own costumes so I can decide how much coverage I want. I have no problem with the exposed costumes, but how about some options?

My teen daughter and I have a running joke about the endless sexy costumes for girls and young women. If we see a unique costume, we start tossing out ideas for the sexy version that will undoubtably be sold at some point. We're still waiting on sexy ET and sexy terrorist costumes.
