There are many different recipes. I stuff an entire lemon and head of garlic and some other herbs in the cavity, drizzle a tiny amount of olive oil, and add salt and pepper and thyme to the skin and bake at 395 for 90 minutes, checking to see if the skin is burning, and if it is cover with foil.

My husband bought 4 ribeye at Balducci's once and they were about $100. The whole time we were eating dinner I was wishing he had purchased the steaks at Costco which are way better.

The non-organic option is $8. The bell and Evans organic is $19.99. I just picked it up and put it back on Monday night in mclean.

I'm not a fan of the WF ones. I feel like they are dry and bland. I like the Giant ones better. If I am at Costco I am def picking one up too.

Husband buys roasted chickens from Wegmans when he's shopping while hungry, and they're better than WF or most other grocery store chickens. Flavor is fine, though texture can be a little too soft from the brining. Otherwise, we buy organic whole chickens and roast them ourselves. It's very easy--just pat it dry, oil, season, and fling it in the oven for an hour.
