I am a teacher who works in a childcare centre, we have a new male teacher who is great & think it’s fabulous what he does with the children but feel strongly that he shouldn’t be changing or taking them to the toilet. It puts me on edge when he is alone in the preschool & feel it is high risk because he is a man. I feel very strongly about it.

And regardless of what an insurance company says, they're opening themselves up for an employment lawsuit, just as if a bank said that black employees can't be trusted to handle deposits into the vault "to protect them from false accusations."
+1. Male teachers can do everything at our preschool, and I like it that way.
+1 My kids' preschool didn't prohibit men from doing diapering/toileting. If OP is really bothered by this, she should choose another option.
Or OP could just say something to the preschool director. "Hey Director X, Love the school, but in this age, it seems sexist and counterproductive to restrict types of work by gender."
