She really liked him, yet she also was ashamed of her profession & tried to hide the fact that she was a Nanny, instead she lied to him + told him she did something else.
Well in the end, he found out about it and he told her he still cared for her. That her career didn't impact his feelings at all.
Even though this was a fictionalized movie, I think the message it sends out is pretty much on point.
Men won't look down on being a Nanny as a deal-breaker, they are more concerned w/character and beauty over everything else.
