We are going to AZ for spring break, 4 nights Phoenix-Sxottsdale, 3 Sedona, 1 night near Grand Canyon
Tucson sounds great too but I just didn't want to add to the driving.
I would go to Tuscon before Phoenix but I realize it is further away from the Grand Canyon.

The have multiple daily activities, jewelry making, native american story telling, movies under the stars, s'mores, a rodeo on Thursday nights.
The food is affordable. There are fridges in the room so you can pack pb & j and some other snacks for the room.
Santa Fe is a great stop for sightseeing.
Yes, Hyatt Tamaya does look amazing. I may try to fly into Phoenix, go to the Sonoran Desert area and then go to Santa Fe and fly back from there. That was what I originally wanted to do.
Is there anything in between Tuscon and Santa Fe? I doubt DH will want to drive ~7 hrs for a resort. He would rather relax by the pool, play tennis and golf.
