Sheridan. 230 current capacity versus 300 for Sidwell, but Sheridan also is cramped in its current building. Sidwell space would allow it to grow some, and the space is already arranged for younger children. Relatively close to Sidwell campus, so likely would serve similar population.
JPDS. Bigger than current capacity of Sidwell lower school, so would require purchase of site plus more building. Good to consolidate their two campuses into one though. A pretty significant move geographically.
Hard to imagine Sheridan or Burke being able to afford that property in Bethesda, let alone convince their families that leaving the District would be a good idea. The majority of Sheridan families from from Ward 3 & Ward 4 of DC. I think a school already in MD would jump on the Sidwell Bethesda property -- a school like WES or McLean, for example which both have kinda sucky campuses.
