I've always disliked merlot, but since Sideways came out, I sort of wish I did like, it, just to be perverse.

I don't judge people by the wine they drink, but I do judge their taste in wine by the wine they drink.

And I always take a box of wine when I head up to visit my parents. Knowing I can have a drink and watch HGTV when I get back to the hotel helps me get through the day.

I don't like rose (accent on the e) and I hate that it is trendy right now. I kind of judge those who drink it if it seems like they're just jumping on the band wagon, or maybe because I don't want to partake.

Indeed. Nor do I want to be around those who do.

Dh does this.

Wine snobs are terrible but beer snobs are the worst.

It's definitely tacky. Unless you are under 24, spring for something else.

White Zin is the lowest of the low. Chardonnay also kind of sucks, unless you spend $$. Cab and Shiraz I look upon more favorably than Merlot. Malbec can be nice, unless it's a cheap inky one. I think Sauv Blanc and Chablis are the nicest of the whites.

No, no. Never. I would never judge people by the wine they drink.

I do judge people by the wine they serve.

That's called a wine bladder.

It's called "slap the bag", actually

I'd love to hear thoughts on this for both whites and reds...GO!

We only drink homemade wine.
