Yuri Sagatov does really fantastic contemporary homes.

I did not realize there were two of them. Assuming you are correct, George B was pretty old in 2007 when I met him. He may have retired.

There are a number of different builders at the Reserve. The thing they share in common is that the big houses use most of the lot.

You don't see too many contemporaries in McLean. There are a few, but not many.

Classic and NDI seem to be the cheapest

Focal Point and Sekas a bit higher

Tradition and Buchanan Price next

I'm sure lots of others higher up...this was where we hit our ceiling.
