I do get pissed at the poor work attitudes of some millenials. They are like little kids. They have no understanding that perhaps the 40+ crowd may have been there, done that, and understand things that the millennials don't. They have no concept of the wisdom that comes with age. And they don't even pretend to respect their elders.
