3x/day. Short walks in the morning and after work (she is kind of lazy then), then an hour around 9 or so.

I pay the neighbor's child to walk my cat for 30 minutes a day. The cat had some behavior issues that have disappeared since she started her daily walks. Plus, I'm a crazy cat lady. If I had a dog, I would ensure it had daily walks as well. Mammals need to feel the sun and wind on them every day.
Like with a leash and everything?
I want a crazy cat lady to do an AMA. I have so many questions.
She doesn't like wearing a collar, so a collar was out of the question (because I'm a crazy cat lady). I got her a little mesh shirt that has a ring attacked to the back where we clip the leash. I think the shirt/leash apparatus was made for little dogs. The neighbor's kid is a 12 year old girl, and a neophyte crazy cat lady.
This is hilarious. Love that you do this for your kitty.
