I would love to know this, too ^^^
We made a few attempts via email last year, but never heard back. Now I am being chased by a collection agency to pay $100 for supposedly unpaid bills (which I don't understand b/c we always paid when we were there).

So it's just doubly irritating that I could not get my kids' records. We moved abroad so it's not an option for us to got to CMG, but I would still like the records.

Has anyone made a complaint to the DOH licensing board?

I know this thread is about a year old, but I wanted to follow up... Were folks able to get their medical records through Iron Mountain after the closing of the practice? Thanks.

I waitressed at a restaurant when I was in college. It was an upscale place in the theatre district with a $50 per person check average , writte upin magazines, famous chef, etc..

One day we all showed up for work and the door was chained and there was a sign " restaurant closed"

In hindsight, the bartender has noticed that the liquor order had not been delivered for two weeks and the liquor was running low.

My point is this:

There is only one reason that a business owner does not give adequate notice to their customers and/ or employees: the impact on the revenue they need in meantime.

Low ball for a doctor imho, but the insurance industry has really put the squeeze on them and bottom lone is bottom line for some.

Standard notice is 3 months WITH referal list of at least a few MD's who have agreed to accept patients.

Records should be provided free of charge
