I've always thought something was wrong with me because I can't rekate to the show obsession thing. I also have no interest in fancy bags. Saves us $ but I feel like a freak.

And before I get insulted, many of my friends compliment how fashionable I am. I just need about 2 shoes per season.

So many great outfits and design features are only available to the genetically blessed - the tall, the narrow-hipped, the long-legged, the high-waisted, the perfectly proportioned, the hourglass-shaped, the pencil-shaped, the full-breasted, the list goes on. The shoes only require that the woman has feet. The short, fat and ugly and the tall, slim and fair can enjoy a great pair of shoes with equal vigor. The barrier to entry with shoes is far, far lower and therefore even women who can't wear exciting clothes CAN wear fabulous shoes.
Same goes for purses, jewelry, nail polish, fake nails, and hair stuff. Equal opportunity for the fat and ugly women!![]()

We need black, shoes in leather and patent leather, navy blue, bone, red, white and special colors to go with special outfits and we need all of these in different heel heights. We need shoes for evening, work, walking, shoes to wear with casual attire, work apparel and, most importantly, extremely comfortable shoes to wear when shopping for shoes.
I hope this helps you.
Whaaaaa? I have two pairs of black dress flats, one pair of black heels, two pairs of sandals, one pair of flip flops, black sneakers, and white sneakers. I have never owned patent leather, navy blue, bone, red, white, or any special colored shoes and I don't have any different heel heights.
Your sense of "need" is pretty distorted.
