And again, these guys *know* that they are not going to have to take real classes. They're not stupid. Do you think FSU "fooled" Deion Sanders into not bothering to show up for his final exams? He wanted to play football and had zero interest in school. He knew his curriculum was BS. Nobody "duped" him out of his education.
That's what the players want. If the schools actually required football players to be serious students, 2/3s of them wouldnt boither.
The real solution is for the NFL to set up a minor league and let college football go back to being for serious student athletes. There's no reason for college football to be as big as it is anyway.
