Thank you for this. It is important to remember that real people are involved and, in this case, apparently two people whose jobs are to protect the very neighborhoods in which many of our posters live.

DC should 1) advertise these cases as much as possible and 2) COLLECT TUITION ALWAYS, even if it takes years. simply catching the cheaters and kicking the kids out does not work since the cheaters, at worst, would have to leave the school. if people knew that, when caught, they will have to pay back tuition, they may think twice about cheating.
