I'm sure this will be pathetic, but I'm an adult New Kids on the Block fan. I saw an interview with Joey McIntyre last fall where he got asked what his kids were going to be for Halloween. I know who Messi is because one of Joey's kids dressed up like him.

OP here....this isn't about Americans not recognizing any of these names. In all likelihood these answers would likely be similar if the participants came from every corner of the world. But again, let's please not discuss anything just yet. Let people vote.
