My cat has kidney disease and I told him we should put her down rater than expensive tests and treatment. He vehemently protested all in the name of protecting the kids feelings. Yeah right!! He's going to be heartbroken whrn the cat he "hates" dies.


You just want to rip the balls right off the man, don't you? Next you'll be complaining about how he's a nice dad and good provider, but you're just not attracted to him.

DH thinks he is not man enough if he does not complain about vegetables. He LIKES vegetables, goes back for seconds and thirds...

Not at my house. My cat's and I ask for kindness and affection. I refuse to be with him men that don't love animals or do the macho cat hating thing. My SO is kind and affectionate, so we're a happy bunch

DH will never, ever admit that he loves watching Downtown Abbey with me. Even though he can't wait for the next installment and we discuss all the characters' actions, motivations, zingers, etc thoroughly.

In front of his friends, he leans back, crosses his arms and says in a deep nonchalant voice: "Oh yeah, I watch that just to keep her company." Yeah right.
